If there have been any changes in the Exec members of your society, it is mandatory that you let us know by filling out this form. You can use this form to inform us if a new exec team has been elected or if some of your contact details have changed. 


It is vital that we receive this information as we use the contact details you submitted to keep in touch with your society and inform you about upcoming events and deadlines, such as Reaffiliation, Freshers' Fair Stall Bookings or Flat Floor Bookings. 


If there are any problems with completing this, attaining new exec or finding new members please contact societyhelp@lancastersu.co.uk or come to our drop-in sessions where we will be happy to help. The drop-in sessions run every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 14:00-16:00 in the SU.
