We love to hear about all of the activities and events that societies organise and run, no matter how big or small!
The easiest way to promote your event is by filling in the template that is attached and emailing us at help@lancastersu.co.uk.
We will pass this information on to the Communications team who may add this to the Students' Union newsletter, post it on the Facebook Page or on the Union website.
If your event was really successful, tell us about it, include some pictures and we'll publish this too!
Students' Union media
If you would like to get your event covered by the Student Media groups at Lancaster there are three outlets for this:
Email our VP for Societies and Media with as much information about your event as possible: this will then be distributed to the student media to see if they would like to cover the event.
Social Media
You can like us on Facebook and tag and share things with us.
Over on Twitter - send us your BUCS updates, competition successes or tell us what you are up to!
We're also on LinkedIn and Instagram!
Don't forget to tag us in your social media posts. If we can, we'll always re-post, and share your news with our 19,500 followers!
