What are the minimum and maximum available rooms? 

 

Living offer shared properties with 3 to 9 bedrooms.

We also have a significant number of 1 & 2 bed houses and flats for postgraduate individuals, couples and families. 


How does Living cater for Postgraduates? 

Living offer a dedicated postgraduate lettings service providing a variety of accommodation options for individuals, couples and families. Postgraduate properties are typically from the start of term 3 with those interested advised to contact Living early as this accommodation tends to be popular.

Living do not charge students' union members a deposit, a retainer or admin fees, so choosing your new home could not be simpler. Where applicants return leases before commencing a course with Lancaster University and becoming a member of the students' union they are required pay an advanced rent payment of £350. This payment is automatically deducted from the tenants contracted rent.

How does Living assist disabled students with properties? 

 

Living have a limited number of properties with ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. We have also been able to make minor adaptations to our properties in the past to assist students with disabilities. If you would like to discuss your accommodation needs further, simply contact us!
