The university offers a salary sacrifice scheme ‘Flexible Benefits’ which allows you to select and tailor your own benefits package from a range of choices and to obtain discounts and tax and/or national insurance savings. There is a Flexible Benefits brochure which provides an introduction to the scheme available on the HR website.
