If you've tried to resolve the issue, or something serious has happened that you think we should know about, then in the first instance you can chat with us in person so we can get a good understanding of the issues.
You can email us via this email address or drop-in to the Students Union office to make an appointment with the Societies Team.
When we meet, you'll need to give us information and facts about what has happened, and also the names of the parties involved.
We can discuss the issue confidentially at first (dependent on the circumstances of the compliant - but we'll always let you know if we need to include other people). We'll try to resolve the issue amicably and will always be happy to mediate where possible before you go down formal procedures.
