The coach registration process is compulsory for all Student Union affiliated groups with instructor/ coach led sessions. This process offers support for clubs & societies to ensure all their coaches & instructors meet the required safety and professional standards.
If your group submitted the required information for your coach for the last academic year (i.e. this is not a new coach or instructor) then the only document that needs to be submitted is the new public liability insurance certificate.
However, if you are registering a coach for the first time and have not previously submitted documentation we require the following:
Proof of qualifications
Proof of professional membership (if linked to public liability insurance)
Public liability insurance (if not a member of any professional governing bodies)
